About Dean Olson

For over 30 years I served as a pastor, walking alongside people through their most significant life transitions — grief, calling, financial crisis, burnout, and renewal. That work shaped everything I do today.

After experiencing burnout myself, I made a deliberate transition into entrepreneurship — not away from serving people, but toward serving them differently. I brought with me three decades of listening, leading, and problem-solving, and added new expertise in AI automation, financial coaching, and instructional design.

Today I work with ministry leaders, small business owners, and individuals who are navigating change and need a trusted guide — someone who combines practical expertise with genuine care.
